How to have strong natural nails

We all love the look of our nails. But some changes can make our nails healthy and stronger. Even growing faster too.


Avoid using nail polish containing formaldehyde, toluene and sulfonamide. It is not healthy for your nails. Use good nail polish brands. Also can use nutrient filled polish.

Avoid biting or scratching your nails. It will weaken them.
Use olive oil as a moisturiser for your nails. Take just a few drops on your palm. Then rub it on your nails. Nails that are dull and dry break easily. 

Trim your nails on a regular basis. That way you get rid of any weak nail parts. Apply petroleum jelly before you go to bed.   

Washing dishes weakens your nails. Detergents are harsh for your nails and also your hands. Protect your nails and hands by using gloves.

Your nails are  made out of protein. So it s good to make sure you get enough proteins. Foods like eggs, meat and beans that are rich in proteins.

Use garlic paste or if you don't have paste can cut a garlic in half and rub it on your nails twice weekly. Your nails will absorb the juices. Also garlic helps your nails to grow faster.

So with a few changes nails can look healthy strong and grow fast.
So as you see just a few changes can have wonderful result for your nails.
