Relaxing tired feet at home

If you walk all day, just aching to be rid of shoes.
To relax your tired feet.
You can do that in the comfort of your home.
But with a little extra help.
Your feet may feel wonderful after giving some attention to them.


To relax tired feet.
Let your feet relax in warm water with salt.
Leave your feet in water for about 10 minutes.
Remove and dry your feet.
It is an effective home remedy to relax tired feet.
If you have a sprain just change the salt to Epsom salt.
Or for a more refreshed feeling you can use a small amount of shampoo.
I prefer foam bath as it has a wonderful smell too.

Always use a pumice stone to remove dead skin on the heels.
Always use a good moisturiser. 
We take care of our feet. In return our feet takes care of us.
Anywhere we go, they carry us so give them the time they deserve.

Please note it is not advised for diabetics. 
As a diabetic should never have feet wet for long.
